I bought the Dual membership with Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy to try it out as a skeptic and I am so glad that I did! This past year my skin changed on me, it was taking weeks to heal, breaking out, and very dry. Within the first few days I noticed a difference! My skin is healing in days not weeks. It feels so soft. Fewer winkles. My face has a glow. I am even getting compliments on my skin. With the sauna, I noticed my joints less painful and tight. I love going on my lunch breaks, I come back to work relaxed and ready for the rest of my day. I also love how clean everything is. They also go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need for each visit, whether it is having robes and towels ready for you or fresh water, tea, etc… Definitely worth it.
